Tried to do this workout but I'm finding it hard to follow along because all of you are going too fast and not explaining much on the moves. For someone who is new to dance moves and working out its hard to even know what's going on but I do love the workout in general

I havent worked out in 2 months, maybe longer.. I've been hunting YouTube for a workout that's beginner friendly that wont cause me a heart attack but will also burn the fats... would u recommend this?!
Yes I would highly recommend this, I'm over weight for my age and I hate working out. Haven't worked out in about 3-4 months. (I used to run 2-3 times a day) one day I got so busy I couldn't, then I just quit doing it. First time working out and I feel great! I can barely walk (which is a good thing) but yeah, it's super easy and trust me they look hard but turn out pretty easy in the end. You also might cry like I did at the end. You just feel super good about yourself and if you pull through until the end without stopping, you feel proud of yourself.

love love love it. I've been looking for an exercise to do for my thighs and FOUND IT. Totally my workout regimen after work, and only 30 mins a day, i can get these Thighs and body cut and in shape, YESSSSSSSSS A Big THUMBS UP 👍✔
Rania I got pregnant and had a second kid in the middle of my weightloss but actively trying to lose weight was probably roughly 6-8 months. I'm going slow and steady. I was told by my doctor to eat 1000-1200 calories a day. I've found I lose more consistently the closer to 1000 I am. I am also trying to keep my carbs on the lower side but I'm not keto by any means.
Rania lose more calories than you consume so what I will do I cut down on the fat as well and minimize your portions as well so your stomach will adjust to the portions you consume and try to get in those fruits and vegetables so you can become strong and that’s it
i have had ankles and it hurts to jump, so any moves that have jumps i have been replacing with a squat!! It has not been messing with the timing or anything and im feelin the burn in my thighs!!! :) hope somone finds this helpful!!! 💃💪

Hey Keaira. I’m new too you did this workout yesterday for first time my nieces also OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG you kick our butts soaking sweat woke up this morning really sore couldn’t move out of bed lol this was our first time doing dance workout, we love you so much
1 like = 1 day of workout with no junk food. Please help out I need all the motivation I can get !! 💗 I will keep you guys updated after every week.
First week ongoing: I am still not done this weeks but I only did it for 3 days I don’t think I will be able to finish for the next 4 days because of my period, but I am trying my best to not eat any sweets and a good amount of food !

I am 11, and wow that was GREAT. Usually other workouts I just want to stop, but this was fun!! When you said if your not sweating your not doing it right, I checked my forehead and I was watering. But I didn't realize because I was having so much fun and was so concentrated. That's why I subscribed.
I'm a teenager and going to high school going to be a freshman and I wanted to lose more weight so I started doing this almost for a week and I feel confident with my body I feel fresh all I gotta say is drink a lot of water eat whatever you just drink a lot of water than you will be good and u could also do the video I feel confident hopefully this kinda help you with this 💞
Something about doing this workout brings out strength in me which I never knew I had. For example there would be a workout and just from the girl in the middle encouraging the listener gives me hope that I get through the video and yeah I look like a tomato and sweating like crazy by the end of the video but there’s a satisfaction in going through with it, I don’t know how to describe it but it’s great to say “I actually did that” when you never knew you could
This workout kept popping up in my reccomended every now and then so I decided I would try it out. Thank you guys so much for a workout that you can have fun with but also challenge yourself at the same time!
tried this today and had to take longer breaks than were given but i’m going to keep on doing it everyday and hopefully i’ll be able to do it with the given break lengths
edit: 2nd day going managed to do it without pausing the video once!! proud of myself and hope i will have the motivation to carry on everday
I started this on the 27th and I thought I would've stopped but it's been four days and I keep pushing. Sometimes I feel insecure and like I'm not gonna lose any weight or look better, but this video makes me feel like I can. After everyday I finished it I feel accomplished like I've done something. I just wanna say I really appreciate this video and for people who feel like they can't do it, atleast do the best you can and don't give up on yourself😊❤
