How to get rid of wrinkles under your eyes? Looking in a mirror we can see that our age starts to show in our eyes, making us look tired and sad. The brows, upper eyelids, and the outer corners of the eyes go down and small wrinkles start to appear on the face. They might even become deep because of facial swelling. A special massage called Shiatsu can help rejuvenate and “restore” the area around eyes to its initial state.
Shiatsu differs from other types of massage because its only movements are pressing certain dots on the face. It is mostly performed by Japanese women and perhaps that’s the secret of their beauty and youth. We at Bright Side became interested in this type of massage that is becoming more and more popular around the world, even though it’s only officially been recognized by Japanese medicine. An everyday Shiatsu massage will take only 1 minute. It should be performed in the morning, in the evening, and whenever you feel that your eyes are tired.

SUMMARY:
- Start by placing your index, ring, and middle fingers on these spots respectively. Using medium pressure, push your brows up back to where they belong.
- Place your index fingers on the outer corners of your eyes, warm this area up a bit, press, and release. You can also pull the muscles towards your temples ever so slightly without taking your fingers off. Just make sure that it's the muscles and not your skin that you're pulling.
- To reduce this swelling, place your index fingers on the area between the inner corners of your eyes and the bridge of your nose. From there, make perpendicular movements. Be careful not to stretch or move your skin – this can lead to more wrinkles!
- Put your index, middle, and ring fingers together between your brows on the area that’s also known as the “third eye.” Press this spot for about 5-7 seconds.
- Put your index, middle, and ring fingers on the bone under your eyes and press lightly for 10 seconds. Repeating this exercise 2 times will do the trick!
- This massage actually originated from anma, the Japanese style of massage that dates back to 1320. Shiatsu was based on a deep understanding of anatomy, the secrets of Tibetan medicine, and the ideas of traditional Japanese medicine.
- This 1-minute massage kick-starts the body’s natural rejuvenation process, quickly erasing any visible signs of tiredness and aging.
- Qi is basically your vital body energy that takes care of your system's functioning. It flows in specific pathways called meridians.
- The task of a Shiatsu practitioner is to access the Qi by putting pressure on vital points on your body, find the blockages and imbalances that are causing your health problems, and restore the energy flow back to normal.

- To make your skin look clean, healthy, and fresh, apply moisturizing cream 10 seconds after your shower. Your skin pores open after a shower, so the cream is absorbed faster. One way to do it is to gently pat your face with the towel, leaving it only a little bit watery and then apply moisturizing cream.
- Soak a soft towel in hot water, cover your clean face with it, and gently rub along the massage lines. After 15 minutes, take the towel off. Apply natural nourishing oil to the skin. This procedure enhances blood circulation, opens the pores, and helps the skin breathe.
- An original way to quickly set your makeup and make your skin look matte and tender. Start by putting on your makeup and richly coating your face in powder, then submerge your face in a bowl of cold water for 15-30 seconds.
- Apply the foam to your clean face, lightly massaging it with your fingertips. Keep it on for 5-10 minutes, and then wash it off. Perform the procedure once or twice a week. Korean women regard men’s shaving foam as one of the best ways to fight periodical facial eruptions because it possesses antiseptic properties.
- Seaweed has a lot of vitamins and other components with powerful antibacterial properties that take care of your skin and preserve its youth, producing metabolism in the bloodstream and rejuvenating the skin.
- The recipe for this tonic for problematic skin is simple: add 1 tablespoon of sea salt to 1 glass of warm water, and give it a good stir. After every washing, wipe your skin with a cotton pad moistened in the tonic. Sea salt is widely known for its positive effect on the skin and is frequently used in various beauty recipes and even skin therapies.
- Korean anti-pimple patch is a real hit among the fashion conscious! Inconspicuous on the skin and under makeup, these tiny patches cleanse the face of any pimples in a couple of days. Due to its special antiseptic composition, the patch isolates and cures a pimple, soothing the inflammation in record time — overnight in most cases.
- In Asia, soy milk is actively employed in cosmetic remedies, professional and homemade alike. One of the oldest and easiest recipes goes as follows: dampen a gauze pad with soy milk, and leave it on your clean face for 15-20 minutes. Do this once or twice a week.
- Silkworm cocoons have been used for ages as a natural remedy to cleanse the skin deeply. Put them on your index fingers, and massage your clean skin for 10-15 minutes.
- Cut a lemon in half, and squeeze the juice into a bowl. Using a cotton ball, apply the undiluted lemon juice onto your skin. You can do this several times a day. The citric acid contained in lemons has exfoliating properties and removes dead skin, pigmentation spots, and excess oil and dirt.

Today I'm going to share with you how to create a really youthful, wide-awake and fresh look but like you haven't tried too hard.
So as a makeup artist, I get to use lots of different makeup and I can tell these 3 products are a key for achieving a really natural, youthful and rested look, kindly light you early on a massively brilliant day and, best of all, you don't need any fancy brushes, just your fingers.
This is a look I'm going to teach you how you can achieve at home with just 3 products.
One that we're going to be using is brown, this is a complexion fix. So this means it allows your own skin to pick through but it makes your skin look a million times better. It's also good for making wrinkles look less stand out, for making pores looks a touch smaller. you only need 2 to 3 teaspoons of rice . rice has been used as cosmetic healing agent for centuries. and it is quite common in Japanese beauty recipes. it is rich in B- vitamins which stimulates the growth of cell regeneration and filling. to keep the skin in perfect condition and slows down the premature skin aging use this mask..
this is going to be your favourite mask beacause afte it's application your skin will become soft, light, velvety and radiant.
now i am going to show you how to prepare the mask. put this 2 to 3 teaspoons of rice into the blender and blend it into a thick paste.
now add a teaspoon of honey to it. Honey is a great natural anti-aging skin care product. Honey is also a great natural moisturizer for dry and parched skin.
Slice a lemon and add one teaspoon of juice. The acidity of lemon helps skin look brighter while reducing the appearance of wrinkles. you can massage the juice into fine lines and wrinkles on your face.
you can also add a tablespoon of warm milk to the rice.
Now mix nicely all the ingredients.
after smashing and mixing the paste well, it look like this.
remember to clean your face before application.
now i'm going to demonstrate the process on my hand. you can similarly do it on your face. first apply the generous amount of the paste on your face.
and rub it for two minutes. then apply a layer of this paste on your face. and make it dry for good half an hour.
it will help to open the pores and also soften dead skin cells to naturally allow impurities to escape. and filling in the skin nutrients where the impurities existed before. honey works directly onto the skin to add moisture and soft elasticity to your weak and sagging skin. it's antioxidant properties really help to purify fatigue skin from external stimulations that your skin might have felt.
ONCE it DRIES COMPLETELY, CLEAN YOUR FACE AND RINSE it WITH THE NORMAL WATER OR THE WATER IN WHICH YOU COOK THE RICE. How To Look Younger | Simple Anti Aging Skincare Secrets
I've never thought that I look younger than my years but when I mentioned in a recent video that I was about to turn 51 I received a tonne of messages asking for a video on my beauty tips and any anti-aging advice I could share. I suppose it's not surprising that many of us want to look younger naturally but I've never considered that I do look more youthful than my years. So while it seems a little strange for me to be creating a video like this I decided to share the things that I think really make a difference.
Of course if you don't want to look younger that's totally fine. I'm not trying to push my views on to you. I simply want to share some of my tips to what makes me feel great. And if you don't think I look younger than 50 that's totally fine too - I'm not expecting everyone to and I'm certainly not trying to fish for compliments either. I really just wanted to share my thoughts.
