Hi everyone! This video might be a bit different from my previous ones but the truth is: I have always wanted to make a video like this! Also, a lot of you have requested me on Instagram to do a DIY about my beard, so I tried to do my very best :-) Here are the items that I used for this video: NORTH AMERICA: -REMINGTON trimmer: https://goo.gl/UZvRSr -REMINGTON hairdryer: https://goo.gl/gVKFMd -Hair oil (Schwarzkopf Gliss kur): https://goo.gl/L8m2iD -foundation (Maybelline super stay): https://goo.gl/fohgJG -recorded with Canon G7X: https://goo.gl/GaA3hP EUROPE: -REMINGTON trimmer: https://goo.gl/tCJdoz -REMINGTON hairdryer: https://goo.gl/DHf9nP -Hair oil (Schwarzkopf Gliss kur): https://goo.gl/GDfHV2 -foundation (Maybelline super stay): https://goo.gl/jmwgCo -recorded with Canon G7X: https://goo.gl/vhEv2d This video just illustrates how I regularly trim my beard. As for the so-called bonus tips: That's just for a photo shoot :-) So the listed techniques/steps may not necessarily work for everyone. Besides, I'm not a barber/hairdresser. I'm just an architect... if you have better ideas/recommendations for getting the perfect beard, let me know! Disclaimer: I want to be fully transparent and say that the links above are affiliate links. That means I receive a small commission if you make a purchase after clicking the link — it doesn’t cost you anything extra and helps this channel to grow. The next videos will focus again on some tiny architecture! ;-) Take care (of your beard) and I'm looking forward to reading your comments! PS: The foundation/eyeliner might be a bit too much; I only use this for photo/video shoots. On a daily basis, it is better to keep it light and natural! ;-) Cheers spacyspice

How to Set Column Width in HTML Table
Follow this easy step by step tutorial to learn how to set column width in an HTML table on a webpage. Don't forget to check out our site http://howtech.tv/ for more free how-to videos! http://youtube.com/ithowtovids - our feed http://www.facebook.com/howtechtv - join us on facebook https://plus.google.com/103440382717658277879 - our group in Google+ It is a popular design practice to build a web page that uses a table to define its layout. But the main function of a table is to display data in a tabular form. The default settings allow a table to wrap column width according to its content. In this tutorial we will learn how to manually set HTML table column widths. Step # 1 -- Widths based on content Each of the rows in a table can contain cells. The first cell of each row makes the first column of the table. Likewise the second cell of each row makes the second column of the table. The column of the table sets its width based on the largest content from one of its cells. The cells above or below the cell with the large content expand to match the same width. This means that HTML column width needs only to be defined in any one cell of that column. As per ease and standards we will use the top row cells to define widths of all HTML table columns. Step # 2 -- Setting width HTML column widths are defined by the width attribute of the cell element (td). The width can be a value in pixels, to disallow any effect of the browser size on the table columns, or it can be a value in percentages, to allow adjusting to the browser size. The value for each column can differ upon need. And if in form of percentages, the values can allow resizing to browser size according to the percent ratio. That will be all for setting column widths in HTML tables.
The Official Bench Press Check List (AVOID MISTAKES!)
Train like an athlete step by step - http://athleanx.com/x/athlete Subscribe to this channel here - http://bit.ly/2b0coMW The bench press is one of the most classic powerlifting lifts you can add to your chest workout. That said, it is one of the most complex simply because there are so many places in the lift that you can go wrong. In this video, I created a check list to give your helpful reference for each of the most important places in the lift that you will want to get right so you can increase your gains and keep your joints safe in the process. As a physical therapist, one of my biggest concerns will always be the long term safety of a movement as well as the risk to reward ratio of performing the lift. In the case of the bench press, this is one of the most fundamental power moves that all athletes and novice lifters should master. There are plenty of things that can go wrong however, and the joints like the shoulders, wrists, elbows and even your back can become vulnerable if you don’t get it right. The first thing you need to note is where you are going to be doing the bench press in the first place. Ideally, you’ll have access to a power rack that you can set up a bench in and have the appropriate pins in place to catch the bar should you fail. If doing it here, you will also want to put the clips on the ends of the bar for added safety. If you are training at home however, the clips might be best left off the bar just in case you get stuck under the bar and need a way to dump the weights to get out from under it. Next the alignment of the bar in the rack and the bench on the bar is crucial to setting up a good lift. Simple enough, but make sure that everything is centered before laying back on the bench. Next look up at the bar and ensure that your eyes are at the same height as the bar itself. This will set you up for a good liftoff from the rack. Along the same lines, you want to be sure that your bar holders are not too high or too low. If you arms are fully extended as you reach up for the bar then you are set too high and will have no leverage when it comes to lifting the bar out of its resting position. Next focus on the position of your feet and your chest before initiating the liftoff. Your feet need to be under your knees in order to be able to contract the glutes during the movement and add to your pushing power on the bench press. If they are too far out in front of you, much of your pushing power will be lost before you even begin. Likewise your chest must be arched. This establishes a stable base of your shoulder blades pushing down and into the bench, which will act as a counterforce for the bar as you press it in the opposite direction. Lift the bar and tighten the abs as you lower it down to the chest. The bar path is crtiical. Make sure it is traveling down and forward and not just straight down. This will be more easily accomplished by keeping your elbows tucked closer to your sides, about 75 degrees away. At the end of your set, fully straighten the elbows and then slowly allow the bar to travel backwards towards the catches. From here, lower the bar once it has engaged the rack and you’re done. A perfectly executed bench press set. Let the chest gains begin, and let the healthy shoulders and joints continue! How To Set Up Your WAR BELT | DUTY BELT | SF Assaulter Gear | Tactical Rifleman
Before you ask, my personal IFAK pouch, Body Armor and War Belt are made by ATS Tactical Gear, check them out at http://atstacticalgear.com . They were kind enough to offer Tactical Rifleman viewers a 5% discount off all their products; just use promo code: tacr5 Following our “How to Setup your Body Armor” video, we received a lot of questions about my War Belt and also some requests that we do a separate video covering my War Belt. Ask, and you will receive! The war belt in the video is made by ATS: http://atstacticalgear.com/ So, this week’s video covers how to set up your Duty Belt, currently called a “War Belt.” Assaulters have been running gun belts or duty belts for decades. These usually included just a pistol holster, spare pistol magazines and maybe a dump pouch. Fast forward, and the current trend is to move commonly used kit from your Body Armor to your Duty Belt. This does two things. First, it helps take a lot of weight off of your shoulders (where your Body Armor rides), and transfers it to your pelvic girdle. This helps cut down on a lot of the pain of being in Body Armor all night long. 38 pounds of “lightweight” kit is still 38 pounds of “lightweight” kit. Any way I can help cut down on the pain, brother, I’m willing to try it. Second, by running much of your commonly used kit on your duty belt, you can still develop and maintain that “muscle memory”, even when you’re not wearing full “battle-rattle” on the range. Whether you are just running a quick class or burning up a half hour on the range prior to the ops briefing, you can still shoot and reload from your support side, just like if you were in full kit. Also, while you are back inside the wire, and your armor is grounded in the ready room, you can still walk around the FOB with your duty belt and rifle. You aren’t expecting to get into a gunfight, but if it happened, you still have at least some ammo and medical gear. That’s better than nothing. Setting up your War Belt is just like setting up your Armor; keep it simple and carry a minimum amount of gear. (Pistol / Ammo / Med / Special Equipment) Do you need to carry flash bangs? Probably not. I carry a few because I often use them in classes with students out at T1G. Help support Tactical Rifleman by purchasing one of our T-shirts, check them out at: https://shop.spreadshirt.com/Tacticalrifleman/ I hope you enjoy the video and, as always, if you have a questions or comments please leave them below. The hidden oil patterns on bowling lanes
Every bowling lane has a hidden oil pattern. In this episode of Vox Almanac, Phil Edwards finds out what that means. Follow Phil Edwards and Vox Almanac on Facebook for more: https://www.facebook.com/philedwardsinc1/ Every lane has a pattern. In this episode of Vox Almanac, Phil Edwards explores how they change the game. Bowling isn’t just about a great ball and good form — if you want to understand the sport, you have to understand the lane. Every bowling lane, including the one in your neighborhood alley, is coated with an oil pattern to protect the wood. But these patterns aren’t just for protection — the way in which oil is applied to the lane can affect the speed and direction of your ball. These patterns are so important that recreational bowlers and professional bowlers bowl on vastly different patterns — the Professional Bowlers Association (PBA) even classifies the patterns it uses in tournaments. Phil Edwards met with professional bowler Parker Bohn III at his childhood bowling alley, Howell Lanes in Howell, New Jersey. He guided Phli through the complex strategy a pro bowler uses when encountering different oil patterns. Not only do they have to assess which pattern is in use, but they also have to judge how that pattern changes as the oil shifts and slides over the day. Knowing how to play a specific lane can be the difference between a title and second place. But these patterns aren’t just for the pros — they’re relevant to recreational bowlers as well. Watch the video to see how you can use these patterns to step up your game. How to Set HTML Table Width and Height
Follow this easy step by step tutorial to learn how to set width and height of an HTML table. Don't forget to check out our site http://howtech.tv/ for more free how-to videos! http://youtube.com/ithowtovids - our feed http://www.facebook.com/howtechtv - join us on facebook https://plus.google.com/103440382717658277879 - our group in Google+ A table is one of the most commonly used HTML elements. It is used from being an organized data displayer, to being a complete web site layout. In this tutorial we will learn how to set HTML table width and height. Step # 1 -- The width The width of a table can easily be set with the width attribute of the (table) element. This width can either be a pixels count or a percentage value. The percentage value allows the table to resize based on the browser size, while the fixed pixel count makes the table firm and unchangeable. Step # 2 -- The height To set html table height just define the height attribute in the (table) element. This height can also be either pixel count or a percentage value, where percentage value allows adjusting to browser sizes no matter how small or large it can get. Following image illustrates how to set html table height. Together the width and height can allow a table to take customized space on the web page instead of its default content wrap state. And that's there is to know about the HTML table widths and heights.
What's New In SolidWorks 2010 Day 2 - PART 4 - Drawings 1/2
http://www.javelin-tech.com/main/products/solidworks_cad.htm Dimension With Rapid Dimension, a manipulator appears when you insert dimensions in drawing views. Use the manipulator to place dimensions at evenly spaced intervals. For example, if you insert a dimension between two dimensions, the new dimension is spaced evenly between them. Dimension Palette for Dimension Properties and Formats The Dimension Palette appears when you insert or select a dimension so you can easily change the dimension's properties and formatting. Ordinate Dimensions Continue in Detail Views When you insert ordinate dimensions in parent views, the dimensions continue in detail views. The detail view uses the existing 0 point in the parent view. Conversely, when you insert ordinate dimensions in detail views and apply ordinate dimensions in parent views, the parent view uses the 0 point from the detail view. Notes—Apply Borders to Portions of Notes You can apply borders to portions of notes. When inserting or editing a note, select any portion of the note and select a border in the Note PropertyManager. Balloons—Numbering from BOM, Parametric Quantities, Custom Sizing, Component Referencing For drawing balloons you can now: set the balloons to follow the item numbering of a selected BOM, set a quantity value in the Balloon PropertyManager that updates parametrically, set the balloon size to any value, and display component references for balloons in the Balloon PropertyManager. Component Line Font The Component Line Font dialog box has been reorganized for ease of use. To access the dialog box, right-click a drawing edge and click Component Line Font. You can also access the Line Color , Line Thickness , and Line Style tools from the context menu. Diameter Symbol in Section View & Center Mark Extension Line Gapping When inserting diameter dimensions in section views, the diameter symbol appears in the dimension. When adding a center mark to a hole that has already been dimensioned, a gap appears between the center mark and the dimension's extension line. Similarly, if you dimension a hole that already has a center mark, a gap appears. Section View Depth You can now set the depth of section views in parts by specifying how far beyond the section view line you want to see. This is available under Section Depth in the Section View PropertyManager. BOM Enhancements You can set options for specific assembly components directly from the BOM. You can link drawing BOM's copied from a previously created assembly BOM using the Bill of Materials PropertyManager. Selecting an item in a BOM highlights it in the graphics area of an assembly or in a drawing view, and vice-versa. You can move BOMs to different sheets by dragging them. Table Enhancements Edit and navigate in tables as you do in Microsoft Excel. Enhancements include: controlling vertical cell padding, navigating using the same keys as in Excel, copying cells from Excel and pasting them into SolidWorks tables, as well as many others.
