PI Planning Session – 2-day planning session that is the Heart and Soul of Safe Framework DAY 1: STEP 1: Main Executive/Stakeholder shares the overall business context What the industry doing, What are our Competitors, What do we want our company to focus on, what should we be looking for in the upcoming PI STEP 2: Product Management – prioritizes and gives the 10 features that should come out of the Agile Release Train. Release Train consists of 50-125 people. All these members are part of the Agile Release Train. STEP 3: Solution Architecture Team comes in and presents the architecture in which the teams will be providing their value.
