All you need is two dumbbells and a plan! I put together four complexes, each using nothing more than a pair of dumbbells and your body. Each complex will challenge you in a unique way. Complexes are great because they force you to complete a high-volume workout in a short amount of time. The key is to hang on to the weight until you've completed all the movements. No rest until you've finished a round! Once you've completed the warm-up, grab a set of dumbbells, and get your mind and some weights ready. The first time you do the routine, just work through each complex as best as you can, and don't worry if it feels a bit awkward or the weights you have aren't ideal. If you have more than one pair of dumbbells available, you'll probably want increase or decrease the weight depending on the complex. In general, use as much weight as you can, but don't go so heavy you can't move well. I mean after all if we can focus on the best exercises then we can get faster development of our six pack abs. Luckily ACE also known as the American Council on exercise conducted a study that tested out different ab movements & found which ones produced the best results. Ive been recommending certain ab exercises over others for a while now & its nice to see that every one of the exercises that they said work best are ones that I've been advocating for quite a while. This study was conducted several years ago but it's a fairly in-depth study comparing 13 different exercises. The researchers primarily looked at muscle stimulation & activity & ranked the exercises from best to worst. So let's jump right in with the top 6 best of the bests starting with number 6. The long arm crunch, this is one that I talk about all the time, & I highly recommend that you try it with a weight. The long arm crunch primarily focuses on working the rectus abdominus which is the muscle that most of us refer to as the six pack. You can do it without a weight but I recommend taking a moderately heavy weight load & pointing it straight to the ceiling. I recommend using a heavy weight because another 2009 study published in the journal of physical therapy in sport found that using weights for your abs can greatly increase stimulation of the rectus abdominus. Also using weights for your ab exercises allows you to progressively overload your abs just by upping the weight over time which is a necessary factor for any of your muscles to grow. So back to the long arm crunch you want to crunch up just enough to lift your shoulder blades up off the ground & then come back down while keeping your arms pointed straight towards the ceiling the whole time. It won't take much to feel the burn from this exercise, but this is an exercise that I usually recommend doing a dropset with. Meaning you would do ten to twenty reps of weighted long arm crunches & then immediately drop the weight & perform twenty more reps with only your body weight & your hands stacked on top of eachother. If your wondering about the exact number of sets to do this exercise & the other exercises that Im about to talk about stayed tuned because at the end i'll give you an excellent ab workout that includes these top 6 movements. But moving on next up on the list ranking as the 5th best exercise for six pack abs we have the ab roll out & the torso track. These are both pretty much the same exercise except one is done with an ab wheel while the other one is done on a slipper track. This is one that you probably won't be doing with weights, but by training yourself to roll out further over time you can gradually put more stress on your abs allowing you to progressively overload your abs over time. To start this exercise get on all fours with your arms locked out the ab wheel directly under your chest. As a beginner do not roll out all the way because you can hurt your back. Once you get comfortable as a beginner sit your hips back to give you some leverage. Once your ready you can proceed to more advanced levels where you roll all the way out to the point where your body winds up being almost flat on the ground at the end of the movement. This is one of my favorite ab exercises & not a lot of reps are needed to break down a lot of muscle tissue & get stronger. Next we have the vertical leg crunch, but I usually refer to this exercise as the reverse crunch. Same exercise just different terminology. To perform this exercise start with legs straight up towards the ceiling & your hands either folded across your chest or preferably behind the head. Once again lift your shoulder blades up off the ground just enough and then lower back down. This is once again another exercise that I recommend progressing with weights as soon as possible. Once ready for a weight i recommend using a dumbbell & holding the dumbbell across your chest or putting the dumbbell behind your head to make it more intense. I've narrowed this list down to just seven of the most important exercises that you absolutely should have as a staple part of your routine to efficiently build the most muscle in the shortest amount of time. By mastering these 7 key compound exercises you'll see incredible results even if you're not doing any other exercises in the gym. And I made this video specifically for men not because women can't benefit from these exercises as well but because the ideal attractive body type for men is a V shape whereas for women it's more of an hourglass figure. So even though a lot of the exercises do crossover for both men women this video is specifically to help you develop the best manly physique with the least amount of exercises possible. I'm going to list off these exercises in no particular order, so Let's start first with a very important upper body exercise the bent over barbell Row. With this exercise you'll be working the rhomboids which are the muscles that connect your shoulder blades together so your upper back muscles and you'll also be working the back of your shoulder and your biceps. This is one of the most important pulling movements that you can do. Because you're working multiple muscle groups responsible for Pulling you're able to lift a lot more weight with this compound exercise then if you were to isolate any one of these muscles individually. By strengthening your rhomboids and your posterior deltoid you'll be tightening up your upper back which will help you hold yourself straight up and maintain a better more attractive upright posture. Since you can lift heavy weight with this exercise your biceps are also going to get a lot of stimulation because you'll be lifting a weight that would be impossible to lift with an isolated movement like bicep curls. A basic bent over row is done by grabbing a barbell with your hands a little wider than shoulder-width apart. Stick your butt out and stick your chest out before beginning the movement. Then bend down by about 60 degrees so you're a little higher than being fully parallel to the ground and you want let the weight hang straight down, do not flex your shoulders. While keeping your chest out pull the barbell inward towards your stomach and aim to touch your belly button with the bar. Then bring it back down to that hanging position and repeat this motion for reps. The great thing about rows is that you can do it with a barbell or you can do it with dumbbells, but a general rule of thumb to remember is that you'll be able to lift more weight and typically you'll be able to build more mass with barbells over dumbbells. Also by changing the angles at which you bend during a bent over row you can Target different parts of your back. A fully bent-over position where you're at a 90 degree angle will Target more of your lats and the middle of your back whereas standing more upright will Target more of your traps and upper back. Let's move on to another staple exercise that you should be doing, barbell and dumbbell chest presses. While the rows will help you develop the posterior or the back part of your upper body the chest presses are there to help you develop the anterior or the front part of your upper body. It'll hit your chest, the front head of your shoulders as well as your triceps. With chest presses you want to spend the majority of your time doing them at two different angles flat and incline. If your weakness is your upper chest you want to spend more of your time doing incline presses. if your upper chest is fine but you lack lower chest development you want to spend more of your time doing flat movements. A study was undertaken at The University Oklahoma and published in the Journal of Strength And Conditioning Research comparing the muscle gains of 24 college-aged guys (18-22) to 25 so-called middle-aged men (35-50). Both these groups followed the same weightlifting routine for eight weeks. It turns out that not only did the guys over 35 build just as much muscle, they actually had slightly greater gains. 8 Principles To Building The Ultimate Test Boosting Workout For Men Over 40 From this, I’ve created some guiding principles to developing the ultimate testosterone boosting workout. These include: 1. Make it a total body workout. You want to do three total body workouts per week, hitting the entire body every session. 2. Add resistance. This is key. If you don’t add some type of external weight, the chances of you boosting testosterone will be low. As great as I think bodyweight exercises can be at times, they are not ideal in this situation. 3. Move from exercise to exercise quickly. This will help you boost your metabolism so that you can burn more energy for up to 24 hours after the workout session is completed. 4. Use multi-joint and compound exercises. These are the moves that will work the greatest number of muscles at once and help you get in and out of the gym quickly. They’re also the best exercises for helping you gain larger amounts of strength as well. 5. Use Circuit Training Wisely. Use circuits, moving from one exercise to the next so that your workouts never last longer than 20-30 minutes in length. You should never be resting more than one minute between sets during a given workout. 6. Keep equipment to a minimum. There’s no need for fancy machines. All you need is a simple set of dumbbells to get the job done correctly. 7. Allow for 48 hours of rest between each workout. Remember that your body doesn’t recover as well as it used to so leave that extra time for recovery. This will ensure that you are never verging on overtraining – and a decrease in testosterone. On these rest days, feel free to add yoga or another low impact activity. 8. Vary your exercises. Keep things interesting by changing your exercises around from week to week. Not only will this prevent workout related boredom, but it’ll also ensure that your body keeps responding to the work that you are doing. Start Losing Your Belly Fat Fast: http://go.sixpackshortcuts.com/never47a1 Hey, everybody. Mark Mcilyar here today to show you one of my favorite at-home exercises I have my beginners doing... Right in their living rooms! First and foremost, make sure you have a sufficient amount of space. You don't need a ton of it, just put your arms extended all the way out to each side, do a 360-degree spin, and make sure nothing in that area is going to get in the way. We will be doing a total of 5 different exercises, all back-to-back with no rest until you finish the first round of all 5 movements.Now, let's get going: 0:39 - Elevated Pushups for 10 reps: Remember that these movements are for beginners. That means if you aren't able to fully complete a set of pushups with proper form - back flat, on your toes, arms holding you up and at a shoulder's width - on the ground, then find an elevated surface to workout with. The higher the surface - my coffee table for example, the easier it's going to be for you to do the move. 1:32 - Air Squats for 10 reps: With your feet just about at a shoulder's width apart, you'll essentially be performing a movement identical to sitting down. Here's the kicker - keep your arms forward and out like I am to keep your back straight, remembering to drop down into the squat until your quads hit parallel or if not as low as your mobility allows. 2:13 - Lying Leg Lifts for 10 reps: Lay flat on your back and place your hands underneath your butt. With your legs together or at most a hip's width apart and your legs locked with a slight bend at the knee, lift your legs off the ground and drive your knees up to become parallel with your hips. 2:47 - Donkey Kicks for 10 reps on each leg: Kneel down on your knees and have your hands in a pushup position - shoulder's width apart and at chest level. From this starting point, you will lift one leg up, keeping the leg you ar moving in a locked position and driving your leg up by focusing on your heel going towards the ceiling. Once you finish one leg, make sure to alternate to the next. 3:34 - Knee Pushups for 10 reps: Another pushup variation, only we are taking the pressure off of staying in a plank position, and you will do the pushups from the same start position as you doing the donkey kicks. There you have it. Do all 5 movements back-to-back and after you finish the round with Knee Pushups, take about a 45 second to 1-minute break. Complete a total of 3 rounds for a complete, bodyweight home workout in as little as 7 minutes. To all the beginners looking to get started working out to lose their belly fat and get in shape: It's only 7 minutes out of your day! Start out just doing this maybe 2 or 3 times a week, and as you get into the swing of things, increase it to 3 or 4. By then, you will be ready to incorporate some resistance training to really build that body you want and know you deserve. Like the routine, we put together for you here today? At Home Workouts For Men: Burn Bodyfat Without Equipment!

Need at home workouts for men that will give you great results? This bodyweight home workout for men without equipment is great for challenging the body without stepping foot in a gym. 💥💪Flex On The Subscribe Button! ➡️Subscribe to my channel https://bit.ly/2UJGBoj 👈 This is a great home workout for men that only requires an exercise mat. Each exercise for this workout will be demonstrated so please review the video to understand proper form and technique. The first home exercise using just your body weight is what I called the grizzly bears. Yes it sounds like a crazy name and it's also going to get you crazy results. This exercise will work your chest, shoulders, triceps, and core muscles. While you're setting up in position make sure that your knees are directly underneath your hips and your hands are directly underneath your shoulders. As you come down into the push-up position make sure that your elbows stay tucked in close to your sides. Avoid having your elbows flare out because you will not use much of your chest for this movement. After you perform one push-up you would tap the opposite shoulder with your hand and repeat for the other side before returning back to the push-up position. The second exercise for this home workout is the kamikazes. This is a great bodyweight exercise that really target your legs in all different angles. The key to performing this leg exercise is to ensure that you get down low enough so that your glutes, hamstrings, and quadriceps are involved for maximum results. Start in the squat position and perform one squat. Then as you come out of that squat, kick one leg back into the reverse lunge position and then alternate to the other leg for a lunge. Lastly, return to the squat position to complete one full repetition. Yes, they BURN!! :) The final home exercise for this at-home workouts for men is the Ab Scissors. I chose this ab exercise because it works your upper abs, your obliques, and your lower abs. start by placing your right hand behind your head and then you left hand out to the side. as you come up into the crunch motion bring your left hand across your body to tap your right ankle or toe. then repeat for the other side for a complete rep. When performing ab exercises it’s very common to hold your breath so make sure that you continue to breathe during the entire time you're performing this exercise. The most effective way to perform this at home workout is to perform each exercise for 10 reps each. After you perform each exercise 10 reps each that is considered one round. I want you to do as many rounds as possible for 5 minutes. Then, you will have a home exercise to lose weight routine that burns fat like crazy!

In the video, and below in this description we look into every area of getting started, from the benefits to the equipment. If you want to start working out at home, then you’ve found the right video to show you how! *Primary reasons to workout from home (0:34) In this video, I’ve pulled out 4 particular reasons you’ll find benefit in working out at home for men. The first reason is privacy. Sometimes, it can be quite daunting to start a weight loss journey and go to a gym where there are sweaty meatheads and Lycra clad Moms. Starting off by doing your workouts at home will keep things private for you and possibly easier to build a sustainable habit. Next up is convenience. Working out at home is much more convenient than having to drive 20 minutes to and from the local gym. You can squeeze in a quick session whenever your schedule allows. Working out at home is also more simple. I make sure that all the programs I develop here at the Fit Father Project are simple and sustainable. This leads to the last reason which is effectiveness. These at-home workouts are definitely effective! *What equipment do you need? (2:32) In this video, I point out 4 different pieces of equipment that will make your workout from home for men very straightforward. You should definitely invest in some adjustable dumbbells, and I would also recommend that you consider a few different weights of kettlebells too. You may also like to think about using resistance bands. These come in varying resistances and can be used to perform lots of different exercises. Lastly, a suspension trainer/TRX would be a great piece of kit to use for your at home workouts. These 3 types of equipment will give you plenty of variety and plenty of room for progression. *What types of at home workouts should you do? (4:35) To make sure you get the best out of your at home workouts for men, you’ll want to know what types of workouts you can do. My initial recommendations are to do HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training). This type of workout can be done in a number of ways, and in my video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yDpCTPOlFMg, I’ll teach you exactly how they work. Next up is strength circuits. These workouts help you to build strength and muscle size, which is important to keep your metabolism high and your fat burning ability at full scale. Lastly, I suggest you look into flexibility and mobility, which is an area of most people’s workout that gets forgotten. Staying flexible will keep nagging injuries at bay and help you to be less sore following a workout session. How do you get started with working out at home? (6:21) Initially, my recommendation is to block out 3 sessions each week, for at least 30 minutes each time. This way, you’ll get the workouts in and slowly start to build the habit of having them in your schedule. I would also recommend using a structured plan, like our 24-Minute workout, so you don’t aimlessly waste your 30-minute workout slot. These full body workouts for men are great for muscle building. In this workout you're only going to need a pair of dumbbells and a bench. This full body workout routine for men is geared towards building muscle and burning body fat. If you do not have a lot of time to spend in the gym this is the perfect full body workout for you to get great results in very little time. 💥💪Flex On The Subscribe Button! ➡️Subscribe to my channel https://bit.ly/2UJGBoj 👈 This workout is broken up into 3 supersets. Each superset is going to target different muscle groups to keep the heart elevated. The exercises are selected for maximizing calorie burn and allow you to rest one muscle group while working another. Stay in the rep range of 8 to 12 reps for each exercise. If you cannot perform eight reps for an exercise you need to lighten up the weights. On the other hand, if you perform more than 12 reps per exercise, you need to increase the amount of weight that you're using. This rep range is perfect for building muscle. 3 Supersets 8-12 Reps Per Exercise A1 - DB Squat Press A2 - DB Row B1 - DB Incline Chest B2 - DB Stiff Leg DL C1 - DB Incline Skull Crushers C2 - DB Incline Hammer Curls What makes this workout so effective is that we are going to target upper body, lower body, chest, back, shoulders, arms, and legs. The reason why I chose dumbbells for this full body workout is because you can perform these exercises at a gym or at home as long as you have access to a bench and a pair of dumbbells. Upper Body Workout - http://bit.ly/2vK3Gu7 12 Fat Burning Exercises - http://bit.ly/2uRfezc Cardio And Abs Workout - http://bit.ly/2uRxsAL Dumbbell Squat Press - Place the dumbbells above your shoulders with your palms facing towards each other. Perform a squat motion while keeping the dumbbells above your shoulders. Then as you stand up out of the squat position, press the dumbbells over your head with your palms still facing each other. When performing the dumbbell squat press inhale as you go down into the squat position and then exhale as you stand up and press the dumbbells. Dumbbell Row - Stand with feet hip-width apart with dumbbells in hand and bend at the waist. while looking down at the floor allow your arms to extend down towards the floor with your palms facing each other. While in this position pull your elbows up towards the ceiling and squeeze through your lats. Focus on trying to bring your shoulder blades together to achieve maximum contraction of your back muscles. You’re going to be breathing heavy but keep up the tempo to keep the intensity of this full body workout effective. Dumbbell Incline Chest Press - The reason why I chose dumbbell incline chest press for this workout is because a lot of men failed to target their upper chest and it is also a lagging body part for most men. When you position the bench for the incline angle, make sure you elevate it a little bit more than a traditional incline setting. After working with men online and in-person they also feel that this angle activates their chest much more than a traditional incline bench. Dumbbell Stiff Leg Deadlift - Start with feet shoulder-width apart with dumbbells resting on the front part of your thighs. slowly lower the dumbbells toward your ankles. Stop the dumbbells right below your knee are mid-shin point. Then, stand slowly while driving your hips forward and squeeze your glutes. Inhale as you lower the dumbbells and exhale as you stand up. Keep a slight bend in your knee during this exercise. Control your reps so that your lower back doesn’t get fatigued and you start using your lower back to pull the weight. Dumbbell Incline Skull Crushers - Lie down on an incline bench and extend your arms up towards the ceiling. Have your palms face each other and slowly lower the dumbbells by bending your elbow. Bring the dumbbells down right outside of your ears and then extend your arm back up towards the ceiling for full extension. By performing this tricep exercise on an incline bench, I have noticed when working with clients that it places less stress on the elbow and the shoulder. Remember, your triceps make up 2/3rds of your arms. Dumbbell incline hammer curls - Sit down on the incline bench with dumbbells in hand. Recline back to where you have upper back support and let your arms hang down to the side in a controlled position. With your palms facing your body, curl the dumbbells up and squeeze your biceps. Ensure that you perform this exercise with full range of motion for full muscle development. This is my go-to exercise for building forearms and biceps. Best workout for men over 50 - In this video tutorial best workout for men over 50, I am going to show you 3 exercises for men over 50 that will benefit you tremendously. You’re most likely watching this video because you don’t see the results you want and you might just feel like you aren’t doing the right exercises to get you the best results. Well in this video tutorial, I am going to give you some great tips and exercises that will get you the best workout for guys over 50. Let’s get started with this workouts for men over 50 video tutorial. I am going to give you three exercises that are a little bit different, and I’ll tell you why I am giving you these specific exercises. All three of these exercises will have my TriCon Training method in them, which has some amazing benefits for you, and it is also less stressful for your joints which is another reason why I love TriCon Training. Let’s look at one of the first exercises for men over 50. The first exercise we are going to do is a 30 degree incline bench press using dumbbells. For this, we want to make sure we are doing a neutral grip on the dumbbells, which means your palms are facing each other. Make sure to go with lighter when because since we are doing TriCon sets, it is going to be killer. Keep your lower back flat on the bench, try to avoid having that arch. The first 3 reps will be explosive reps, then going into the TriCon reps, you are going to go down halfway and hold it there for 10 seconds. You’re mindset is that you are trying to bring your elbows together without physically moving the dumbbells. Doing this will help you develop a stronger mind/muscle connection. For the last 3 reps of this 9 rep set, you are going to do slow reps. This exercise for men over 50 with the TriCon sets are killer! So after this push exercise in this men over 50 workout, we are going to go to a pull exercise. The second exercise in this best workouts for men video tutorial is a neutral grip pulldown, which is a vertical pull exercise. And again, we are going to utilize the TriCon training in this exercise for men over 50. You want to get a nice stretch at the top, lock your abs in, and pull with your elbows to bring the weight down to your side. You don’t want to pull with your biceps in these workouts for men over 50, you want to use your elbows and your lats. When you get to the TriCon reps, you want to flare out your lats and try to rip the handles apart which will help you get a good contraction for your intense workout for men over 50. So that is your pull exercise, and from there we are going to go to a leg exercise in this tutorial for workouts for men over 50. In this last exercise in this video of exercises for men over 50, we are going to do a leg press. For the first three reps you want to explode up. For the TriCon reps, go halfway down, and the goal is you want to try and spread the plate apart with your feet. This is intense! And you should feel the burn in your quads during this. And after the three TriCon reps in this exercise for men over 50, you do 3 slow reps to finish it off. This is the best workout for guys! That’s the end of this workout for men over 50, one of the best workouts for guys. It is intense, and although short, you are going to see some great results.
