Slowly push your body up until your arms are straight. Once you are up, slowly lower yourself down to the original position. At first, you should do at least three reps with 10 push-ups. Exercising and doing these remedies every day will help you in developing your pectoral muscles. You can increase the number of push-ups day by day. If you feel it too hard, try the adapted floor push-ups with your knees on the floor. Keep your knees width equal to your shoulders. 4. To Massage 2 egg yolks 2 Tablespoon of fresh Cucumber juice. 2 tablespoons of #Nivea firming lotion Mix these 3 ingredients in a clean bowl. Apply it onto your chest and leave it overnight. Wash it off with cold water. Use this mask every day before going to bed. For the tricep extensions, try to keep your upper arm stationary. I noticed that I moved it outwards a little in this video. I normally do Triceps push down at the gym and modified it to Tricep extension for the one at home. You'll have to keep it as stationary as you can. Also in terms of chest workout. https://www.hannaoeberg.com - my new workout guide now available! In this video, I talk a little bit about my philosophy of chest training for women. You usually hear that your boobs will get smaller if you train them in the gym. And while it is true that hard workouts, in the long run, can burn fat, and make your chest more compact, I think training chest from time to time is good. It's good because you want your body strength to be balanced, right? The full workout is listed below: 1. Push-ups 4 set x 10-15 reps Start on your toes if you can and move over standing on your knees if it gets too heavy. This is also a really good kind of "warmup" exercise for the session! 2. Incline presses 3 set x 10-12 reps Lower your arms and elbows to about 90 degrees and then press up the weights again. This exercise targets the upper part of the chest specifically. 3. One arm press with dumbbell 3 set x 10 reps / arm My tip is to have your other, free, arm straight on the other side of your body (see video). In this way, it's easier for the other arm to work in a strict and straight line of movement. A little bit less inclined to this exercise. 4. Incline flyes w. dumbbell Great exercise for contact and really stretching out your muscles. It's kind heavy and very stretching at the bottom of the exercise, so pick a lightweight which you can control without any problems. 5. Cable flyes 3 set x 10 reps 6. Decline push-ups 4 set x max reps This is our finisher. We're now targeting the under / lower part of our chest, just below the boobies. In today’s video, I’m taking you all through a chest workout. Building up your upper body can help round off your shoulder caps, give the appearance of a smaller waist, and building up the chest specifically can build mass to improve posture and give the appearance of bigger boobies. Of course, for any powerlifters out there, building your chest and improving your pushing muscles will help massively in the bench press, and are essential to rounding out your total. Single Arm DB Floor Press - 1x10/side - 1x8/side - 1x6/side Ascending weight each set 60-90s rest Tips: - You’ll notice more activated pec isolation with the single arm variation, and I like to do this from the floor for a more stable surface and controlled range of motion. 2. Feet Up T-Shirt Press - Work up to a heavy 1x5 or 5RM - Then Back down -15% for 3x7 - 90-120s rest Tips: - First I want to address the powerlifter arch that we commonly see, and I wanted to discuss my form in particular and why it looks the way it does. Women often get called out for their arch because of individual shape. You can see in my demo here, that based on my points of contract in the standard bench press, that my arch mainly follows my natural shape. All lifters should retract their shoulder blades when bench pressing, which will heighten the arch a bit more. And when my hips are down, it heightens again. - The feet up variation a great way to practice scapular retraction in the bench press without needing to focus on leg drive. - Still retract the scapula to get in a safe position and keep the focus on staying tight off your chest - This type of press is one where you just barely touch your t-shirt (or sports bra) when lowering the bar each rep. The reason for doing this is that you’ll get more control and time under tension, and you’ll be able to practice staying tight off your chest. 3. Push Up Progression (2 rounds) - AMRAP x feet elevated - AMRAP x flat - AMRAP x hands elevated (or from the knee) - Nonstop through the progression (no rest until the full set is done), rest 60-120s rest between rounds Tips: - Be sure to squeeze your core and butt so that you’re not cheating any of these reps, because once you’re gassed and can’t do another rep, you go straight into a drop set, with standard push ups. - Repeat that process and do as many as possible the the standard position, and then again with either your hands elevated or on your knees. - Rest 1-2 minutes between rounds so that you’re refreshed, but realize you might not be able to do as many as round 1. 4. December 18th 2010, we decided to film our chest workout and a little post workout meal at the diner . Typically I start my workouts pretty intense and heavy with traditional lifting. I will usually start with some sort of press, either bench or dumbbells to really get the blood moving at the beginning of my workout. After getting through my different presses, I will switch over to using the isolator to really focus and isolate my chest. I like using the isolator with most of my flys because I have better ROM and can really focus on squeezing at the top to get that nice separation.
