Sunday Swim - Reef Pests
Fun Facts: 1. There are over 10,000 varieties of bristle worm which have adapted to every imaginable marine habitat. Some fish such as Wrasses may also eat them. 2. Within the central disk lie the brittle star's organs - it doesn't have a brain, but it has a large stomach, genitals, muscles, and a mouth surrounded by 5 jaws. 3. They are generally white in color, have a slender shell that tapers to a point, and do not grow larger than a few millimeters. The Pyramid Snails use their long proboscis, which is a tube-like mouth, to puncture the mantle of a Tridacna Clam in order to feed upon the fluids and zooxanthellae cells contained inside -~-~~-~~~-~~-~- Please watch: "Sunday Swim - Feeding Inverts - Fish Fry?" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=57dMar2jKqQ -~-~~-~~~-~~-~-

My DSuny Led Reef Settings PART I
After getting tons of questions about programming these DSUNY LEDS i thought I'd address it and try to help you out. When in doubt go with the presettings. Then write down the percentages from the display screen. You can use that to come up with your own custom program. Don't forget you have to like what you see or else nothing else matters. Watch Part II : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AThjB6BctiU Have fun. Adding New Coral to the Tank
I know I've done this a hundred times but I never get tired of seeing a new coral in the tank. Take time to acclimate and dip the pieces to aid in their survival . Many frags die due to abruptly shocking them in a new system.Do your homework before buying a new piece to assure it's suitable for your tank parameters.

What's that in your pond
How close do you look at your pond. I found out why my fish are so hesitant to eat the prepared foods I've been offering. They're getting fat off mosquito larvae. You can avoid big mosquito problem by adding larvae eating fish such as tetras, white clouds and others while the weather allows. If you want to rid you ponds of potential mosquito larvae here is a link to the mosquito disks. They are harless to fish: https://www.amazon.com/Summit-responsible-solutions-185502-Mosquito/dp/B0002568YA/ref=asc_df_B0002568YA/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=198076816763&hvpos=1o2&hvnetw=g&hvrand=9165052298690776445&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9004369&hvtargid=pla-318556314893&psc=1
